Description
Our Learning Garden includes community plots, as well as a modern community center that holds events, classes, summer camps, and afterschool programs.
Eligibility
Ages: 15+
Purpose
Volunteers are essential in maintaining and beautifying the public greenspaces/gardens. All of the Wylde Center gardens are heavily visited 365 days per year and we want to make sure everything looks great on each visit.
Role
We will be working hard and possibly getting dirty. We could be weeding, mulching, harvesting, or planting. Please wear closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle. There will be gloves, water, insect repellant and sunscreen on site if you need them.
