Sugar Creek Garden Volunteer Workday

March 8, 2025 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Sugar Creek Garden (1)

Description
Sugar Creek is meant to serve as a model for urban farming on unbuildable land and features pockets of pollinators, medicinal herbs, and community garden beds.

Purpose
Volunteers are essential in maintaining and beautifying the public greenspaces/gardens. All of the Wylde Center gardens are heavily visited 365 days per year and we want to make sure everything looks great on each visit.

Role
Volunteer activities may include weeding, watering, mulching, composting, and sowing. Garden care fluctuates seasonally. Make sure to wear appropriate clothing, closed toe shoes, and to bring water.

Vibe
Actively work outdoors with plants!
