Join Musa Hasan of Bread and Butter Farms for a hands-on introduction to BnB Natural Farming, a fermentation-forward growing method developed at Bread and Butter Farms, rooted in traditional natural farming practices, and built around a deeper lineup of ferments and brews.

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how living compost teas and natural amendments support healthy soil and thriving gardens. You'll discover the biology behind these natural growing methods, brew compost tea using simple equipment, and leave with recipes you can recreate at home.

  • The role of living amendments in natural farming
  • How healthy soil supports healthy plants
  • Practical brewing methods used at Bread and Butter Farms

What You'll Take Home

  • A better understanding of the soil food web and the role of living amendments
  • Natural farming recipes used each season at Bread and Butter Farms

Whether you're growing vegetables, flowers, or just beginning your gardening journey, you'll leave with practical techniques—and a deeper appreciation for the living processes that help gardens thrive.

No previous experience is required.
