Description
East Decatur Greenway (EDG) is a model for transforming contaminated spaces into community green spaces that promote environmental education, remediation, and sustainable practices
Purpose
Volunteers are essential to the ongoing care of EDG, ensuring the area remains clean, healthy, safe, and accessible for the community to enjoy.
Role
We will be working hard and possibly getting dirty. We could be weeding, mulching, or planting. Please wear closed toe shoes and bring a water bottle. There will be gardening tools, gloves, water, and insect repellant on site if you need them.
