Slow, sensory experiences in the hollow, to explore ease and creativity.
This month’s nature therapy gathering brings the community together to slow down, explore the concepts of ease and creativity. Meet Julie of NorthSouthEast Nature & Forest Therapy
Julianne Mesaric is a certified nature therapy guide, trained with the Association for Nature and Forest Therapy. She is inspired by the philosophy of ecocentrism, the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), and the relational framework of nature therapy. As a guide, Julie’s intention is to create the space for the radical act of slowing down outside, together in community.
