Your membership benefits you. We love our members! When you give at the $50 level or higher, you will receive benefits that includes discounts on our programs including the popular Wylde Garden Class Series, Wylde Family Series, camps, and ticketed events such as Beer Garden and Wylde Wreaths.

Every dollar makes an impact. Every dollar you give today will go towards building healthier, more sustainable communities. Through our programs and greenspaces we are improving food choice and access, increasing academic retention, and getting kids more time outdoors. Together, we are growing the next generation of environmental stewards.

Your impact: Your donation supports an afterschool program at Decatur Housing Authority or at Edgewood Community Learning Garden. Each week, Wylde Center provides a garden lesson – maybe discovering what a carrot looks like when pulled from the ground -- or we cook simple snacks with fresh veggies, introducing new foods.

Your impact: Your donation funds Wylde Center staff and volunteers planting native plants for wildlife habitat at our sites. Wylde Center protects 7 acres of habitat across 5 gardens in Atlanta and Decatur, a responsibility we do not take lightly. We plant 100's of plants each year to restore wildlife habitat and attract pollinators.

Your impact: Your donation sends a teacher to Wylde Center’s Farm to School training. Teachers learn how to engage students in school gardens using Farm to School principles. They leave as Farm to School and outdoor education experts and advocates.

Your impact: Your donation supports the work that goes into turning the raw materials our neighbors drop off into compost. Since 1997, Oakhurst Garden has served as a site for free community composting. We now accept materials at four sites, diverting 1,000s of pounds of food from landfills.

Your impact: Your donation provides a week of Farm to School programming to a school. Our educators use the school garden and grounds to reinforce and teach new concepts. They also build an appreciation for nature among the students. In a given year, our educators interact with students 20,000 times in this way.

Your impact: Your donation supports the annual cost of maintaining and improving a Wylde Center garden. Our gardens are used every week for education programs, are visited by 1,000s of people each year for respite and fun, provide a place for living creatures to make their home, and build resilience in our cities as places that provide green cooling systems and stormwater management. Wylde Center maintains 7 acres of greenspace across 5 gardens.
